Liu Xin, Architect and lecturer in the Department of Architecture and Art Design, Hebei University of Technology.  Xin lives in Tianjin, China.  In addition to her experience in architecture Xin has a Master of Landscape Architecture degree from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences, Germany.  She has done a number of landscape projects in Germany and architectural projects in China.  She has helped Groundwork with translation and as a liaison with clients in China

Jennifer Song, Ms. Song has extensive experience in international business and as an entrepreneur. She is the founder of an educational software company specialized in distance learning. She is also a Marketing Director for a U.S. architectural firm and has been responsible for obtaining a number of projects in China. She has a bachelor degree in computer science from Tianjin University in China and a master degree from New York City University in the U.S. She was born in Tianjin and has lived in the U.S. since 1989. She is responsible for Groundwork’s contacts in China. Her business and political contacts and skills have been key in developing projects for the Institute.
Tim Skillman,  Mr Skillman is a specialist in 3D computer graphics and applications programming.  He has a Bachelor’s degree from the College of St. Mark & St. John at Exeter University, England.  Tim has written educational software for Aspex Software.  He does 3D walk-throughs for architects and real estate developers that allow a person on the internet to walk in and out of buildings and neighborhoods to see what they are like www.skillmanmedia.com.  He is helping Groundwork make 3D animations for the Eco-village Project in China.
